With six wheel drive and new larger wheel motors in front bogie, Eco Log 560C is hard to beat when it comes to first thinning or lighter final felling. More powerful transmission pumps together with the new larger differential valves provide very good manoeuverability, and double pumps for the working hydraulics deliver flow to crane and harvester head. The stability of the 560C makes it possible to choose from several optional cranes and harvester heads, all to suit the customers best needs.
The new Cabs of the C series are ergonomic, spacious and comfortable. All windows are made out of polycarbonate for maximum security and are approved according to ROPS/OPS/FOPS.
The side mounted crane rotates 280°, thus minimizing machine travel, leading to reduced ground impact and lower fuel consumption. The Eco Log 560C is very stable, allowing it to take full advantage of the 11.3 meter crane reach.
Eco Log’s new C series are powered by Mercedes Benz OM 906LA engines which provides 190 kW (255 hp) of power. The new engines are both powerful and fuel efficient. Because Eco Log machines are environmentally friendly, all machines fitted with Mercedes Benz engines can run with 100% FAME/RME bio-diesel.
The Eco Log 560C is equipped with two 130 cc hydraulic pumps, one for the harvester head and one for the crane. This gives the machine a constant oil flow and it never runs out of power.
Eco Log 560C is, like all Eco Log Harvesters, equipped with CabsWin measuring and control system; a PC/Windows based CANbus system that follows the StanForD file-structure standard. The system integrates the Harvester Head’s control- and measuring system with the Harvester’s control system IQAN. All felling data are stored on the computer’s hard drive and the production results can be continuously monitored. If needed, data can at any time be transferred to a different location. GPS-positioning is standard and as an option Eco Log 560C can be equipped with Internet connection.
